Ordering Your Dream Dress
Our dresses are made just for you, the dress/suit can be paid in two installments 50% deposit 50% due when dress ships. We will place your dress order after we secure your 50% deposit. After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. This email is to verify the details of your order. If there should be any changes, please contact us immediately. Your order is processed based on availability. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking number for your order. Orders that have more than one item may be shipped separately. Not all items may be available for immediate shipping. Some orders are shipped directly from the designer or manufacturer. If an item is back ordered you will be notified by email or phone.
All orders are subject to product availability. Your order will not be processed until the product is confirmed to be available. Items may be on back-order and you will be notified via email. Most orders are custom made and may take between 45 to 90 days from the time the order is placed. For expedited ordering, please contact us.
Order cancellations must be requested before your order is processed and shipped.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to customers. Sales tax is based on New York State Sales tax and is subject to change.
The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying any additional duties/taxes to their countries customs or shipping carrier.
Expedited shipping is limited to stock availability and pricing is based on your shipping address. We ship using UPS, FedEx or DHL Express. Orders placed before 1 pm EDT will be processed same day if the item(s) are in-stock.
